Asimismo es recomendable el uso de guantes de latex , así como observar con pulcritud y máxima prudencia las distancias en transporte público, con mascarilla formando parte de nuestra fisonomía facial.
Controlar una buena alimentación , es otra práctica aconsejable en estas medidas de prevención. Se recomienda beber agua con frecuencia, abundante hidratación, aumento de la dosis diaria de agua. Comida lo más equilibrada posible, incrementando la ingesta de frutas, hortalizas y verduras, evitando compartir alimentos.
Todas estas buenas prácticas, a buen seguro contribuyen en las medidas de prevención y lucha contra el coronavirus. Son medidas tal vez incómodas, pero eficaces en el beneficio común. El “bicho” continúa entre nosotros, no hay, pues, que bajar la guardia. De nosotros depende el avance o retroceso de este covid 19, además de las medidas gubernamentales.
